Some of the Chef’s recommendations are: Adlai arroz caldo (Php 395) from their breakfast menu, Mexican superbowl (Php 645) ~ a mixture of shrimp kabob, black rice, bell pepper, button mushrooms, carrot, red cabbage, pickle relish, corn kernels, black beans, guacamole, tomato salsa, mixed greens, cheddar cheese, nachos, chipotle lime dressing, and sour cream (just typing that made us hungry, for real!). For the main dish, order their Salmon in black pepper sauce on shitake black rice (Php 645), and HGC Palabok (Php 665), among others.
